There were about 16 travel companies from Sabah Borneo who  were promoting Eco-Tourism, Nature, Wildlife, Islands and Diving  Packages around Sandakan and Tawau in East Coast Sabah. 	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">Sandakan War Memorial </span>or <span style="font-weight: bold;">Sandakan Memorial Park</span> is located in  the outskirts of Sandakan, Sabah Borneo. The site is just next to the  actual POW (Prisoners of War) camp which was set up during the World War  Two Japanese Occupation from 1942 to 1945 which witnessed the death of  2400 Australian and British POW held by the Japanese here. This war  memorial was officially opened on the 15th February 1999 and the  memorial park is dedicated to the men who lost their lives in the   Borneo Death Marches during the Second World War.</p> ]]></description>

This famous landmark house called <span style="font-style: italic;"><span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error">Newlands</span> </span>was a former British colonial quarters and was once lived in by <span style="font-weight: bold;">Agnes Newton Keith</span>, a well known  American writer who penned  the famous '<span style="font-style: italic;">Land Below The Wind</span>' in 1939. In her stay here from 1934  to 1952, Agnes Keith wrote two out of her seven books at this house in <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error">Sandakan</span>,  Borneo.</p> ]]></description>

This unique 800 meter long trail is filled with all kinds of rainforest flora and a very educational walk. I must admit that I had an awesome time viewing the different types of plants and flowers along this walk at the RDC. You must be a nature or flower lover to enjoy this trail and in this article, it is all dedicated to the Flora of Sabah Borneo.</p> ]]></description>

I had the opportunity of visiting this unique design cable car ride which is located in the <span style="font-weight: bold;">Oriental Village</span> at the foot of <span style="font-style: italic;">Gunung Machinchang</span> (Mount Machinchang or Mat Chincang) . Getting to <span style="font-weight: bold;">Langkawi Cable Car</span> is fairly easy as it is only a 30 minute drive from Kuah Town in which I rented a car for my exploration around Langkawi Island.</p> ]]></description>
